Job description

Leadership role overseeing the maintenance team at the Powertrain plant. Responsible for safe equipment recovery, strict preventive maintenance, rapid acceleration, technical training, and reliable delivery through drive unit and battery operations. Duties: lead the maintenance team to ensure safe and reliable operation, build Saudi technical capabilities, ensure launch readiness, scaling and production; provide direct leadership to maintenance technicians; coordinate planned and interactive work; manage risk; safely recover equipment; develop a multi‑skill team to support Powertrain operations globally

Requirements
