HSE Manager - Construction Project Experience Only

Job description

Leadership role overseeing Health, Safety, Environment, and Wellbeing functions for remote projects in Saudi Arabia. Develop and implement project‑specific HSEW plans, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory standards. Ensure full compliance with KSA regulations and ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001. Provide strategic direction to HSEW teams, contractors, and site safety personnel. Establish robust safety reporting systems with KPIs, audits, and incident investigations. Lead incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions. Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness programs. Collaborate with project leadership to integrate HSEW into planning and execution. Manage site security requirements and third‑party security providers. Support development of Project Execution Plans and HSEW frameworks during engineering and mobilization phases. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on all HSEW matters

Requirements
