Job advertisement: Occupational health and safety engineer required. Work location: Medina, Mahd Al-Dhahab. Experience of not less than 3 years in the field of occupational health and safety. Holds an OSHA certificate. Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers. Nationality is not required. About this profession: Study and develop the HSE standards and processes associated with engineering projects; control and analyze the execution. Typical duties of this profession: • Contribute to the overall design process; and provide advice on materials and environmental quality standards. • Execute the maintenance and reparation works for the equipment, in a manner that minimizes exhaust and waste; and ensure that the workflow is in accordance with the HSE standards. • Control the processes; undertake field visits to oversee the operation sites; ensure compliance with the environmental safety standards; and give advice in such regard. • Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments. • Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience of at least 3 years in the field of Occupational Health and Safety
• Holder of OSHA certificate
• Active membership in the Saudi Engineers Authority
