The Job in Brief You will be working on one of our most important and exciting products: the employer Capital, an exclusive offering available to the employer customers that provides seamless access to capital through Point of Sale (PoS) financing. the employer Capital enables businesses to finance their operating expenses and drive growth, helping shape the food and beverage industry's access to capital in thousands of restaurants and stores across the Middle East. As a Senior Product Manager at the employer Capital, you will lead the short and long-term direction of this core product offering. You will need to constantly balance the immediate needs - of the business and our customers - with progress against a long-term vision for the future. You will also help drive the product vision, strategy and above all: execution. You will be responsible for improving the product with data driven features, analytical tools, customer requests/insights and business needs while aiming to always be proactive. You will maintain the roadmap for the assigned product area, planning, feature prioritization and execution. Along with keeping all owners updated Interest and awareness of these improvements and the roadmap. It is part of your responsibility to communicate and coordinate with other the employer Financial Services Product Members, other Company Product Members, and other departments regarding the product's assigned area. What you will do the employer Capital is a newly launched product with ambitious goals to become the leading lending institution in the food and beverage industry. We're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to help scale this success to even greater levels. As a Senior Product Manager, you will: • Contribute to quarterly planning cycles with ownership of your product scope metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvements and success. • Lead the development and implementation of your product range roadmap, aligning it with the overall product vision. Collaborate with engineers and UX designers to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and measurable results. • Define success metrics, plan feature development, prioritize tasks, and oversee implementation to achieve impactful results. • Work closely with engineering, design, data science, legal, market, and sales to develop and grow innovative features that meet customer needs. • Foster trust with your team, stakeholders, and leadership through proactive and transparent communication. • Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities and improve the product experience.
