Job description

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program prepares future leaders through a mentored, learning‑driven journey. It is a full‑time, paid program where participants apply university‑gained skills to real‑world hotel assignments at a the employer managed property. The elite program includes short rotations across disciplines, lasts 12‑18 months depending on interests and location, and provides access to senior leaders, coaches, and global Voyage participants. Participants engage in projects, receive feedback on the curriculum, and are prepared for supervisory or entry‑level management roles after graduation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary)
• genuine desire for personal and professional growth
• right to work in Saudi Arabia (UAE visa provided as exception)
• graduated within the last 2 years or expected graduation within 12 months of application
• superior critical‑thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
• ability to self‑manage and be a self‑starter
• fluency in the local language may be required
