Job description

The Communications Applications Manager leads the application development team to achieve project goals and improve customer experience. This includes analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities, developing service expansion strategies, collaborating with IT teams to ensure system integration, conducting regular evaluations to ensure quality, providing training and support to the team, managing project budgets, communicating with partners and suppliers to ensure resources, and providing regular reports to senior management on progress and performance
