Dammam. the news. General qualifications and requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related specialty, according to the requirements of each job. Practical experience appropriate to the title and job level required. Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards and preparing and reviewing entries, reports and financial statements according to the nature of the job. For cost accounting positions, experience in analyzing production costs, monitoring costs and deviations and preparing cost reports is preferred. For financial analysis jobs, it is preferable to have strong skills in financial analysis, preparing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing performance indicators. For administrative and leadership positions, an appropriate level of experience in financial planning, budget preparation, cash flow management and financial control is required. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems and programs. Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or related systems is preferred. Knowledge of VAT requirements, electronic invoicing, and financial systems applicable in the Kingdom is an added advantage. Strong analytical, accuracy, reporting, and problem-solving skills. For advanced positions, it is preferable to have relevant professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, CPA or ACCA About this profession: Financial managers handle all the matters in reference to the finance and investments of a company. They manage financial operations of companies such as the assets, liabilities, equity and cash flow aiming to maintain the financial health of the company and operative viability. Financial managers evaluate the strategic plans of the company in financial terms, maintain transparent financial operations for taxation and auditing bodies, and create the financial statements of the company at the end of the fiscal year. • Participate in developing the financial management’s key objectives, develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined. • Ensure the implementation of the regulations, rules, decisions and instructions related to the financial affairs of the entity, develop financial strategies in accordance with the set objectives and goals, and supervise the identification of the financial needs, return requirements and the level of risk taking. • Coordinate with other organizational units to identify their financial needs, monitor exchange movements, ensure their constraint based on the established financial rules and produce the relevant recommendations to the senior management. • Supervise the preparation of the financial reports and balance sheets, analyze the final accounts, organize the financial and accounting records and books, ensure the soundness of the entries and follow up on their closure, and direct the affiliated employees as well as ensure their compliance with all the applicable financial and accounting systems and rules. • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement in relation to the financial resources, present such abstracts and reports to the senior management, inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives

Requirements
