Objective of the Role This role aims to support sales efforts by collecting data related to products and customers, making compelling sales pitches, closing deals, and following up with customers to ensure effective collection. The role also includes preparing and submitting periodic reports on performance. Main Responsibilities Building and updating a comprehensive database of current and potential customers, including contact information and addresses. Communicate with customers, whether via phone or site visits, to promote products and services. Providing detailed sales offers, reviewing product specifications and competitive advantages. Verifying prices and granting discounts within the specified authorities, completing sales operations, writing invoices, and collecting the amounts due. Following up on collecting customer debts, registering and documenting them, then submitting them to the Financial Department. Preparing and submitting periodic work reports, documenting and storing them in an organized manner. Qualifications and Experience: Practical experience ranging in sales or related role. Ability to collect and analyze data effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build professional relationships with clients. Work Environment: The sales representative works full time, within a dynamic sales team that aims to achieve set goals and expand the customer base.
