Responsibilities include establishing risk management policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and supervising implementation, overseeing credit analysts' evaluation of individual or institutional creditworthiness, overseeing the design of new products and services aligned with overall strategy and coordinating policy formulation efforts, and supervising the monitoring of delinquent loans and collection of payments
