the employer Investment Company seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to join the finance team. The role delivers comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include performing detailed financial analyses of project performance, developing and maintaining financial models to forecast revenue, costs and profitability, preparing financial reports and presentations for management with insights and recommendations, collaborating with various departments to gather data and support budgeting and forecasting, monitoring financial performance metrics to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities, assisting in external audit preparation by providing documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master’s degree a plus
• 5-7 years experience in financial analysis
• strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis and reporting
• excellent analytical skills to interpret complex financial data
• proficient in financial software and advanced Excel
• familiarity with ERP systems advantageous
• strong communication skills to present financial information clearly
• self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
