Information System Manager

Job description

You will design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. Execute IT strategy and support initiatives across multiple properties in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services. Monitor LAN and server performance, manage upgrades and preventive maintenance to optimize security and compliance. Resolve user technical issues, provide training and support. Oversee infrastructure implementation, maintenance, and upgrades per the employer Technology Network standards and certification requirements. Lead major technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX, and POS installations, ensuring timely and budget‑aligned delivery. Support hotel operations by working closely with property management to maintain critical systems and minimize downtime. Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
