The Hotel Cleanliness Expert creates a memorable guest experience by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Responsibilities include fulfilling guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, and ensuring a safe workplace that follows company policies. Must maintain confidentiality, quality standards, and a professional uniform and personal appearance. Role requires standing, sitting or walking for extended periods and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
