- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in AR and collections
- Proven experience in full AR cycle management, client reconciliations and AR aging reports
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
