Project Manager - Delivery (Theme Park Show)

Job description

the employer seeks a Project Manager to lead design‑build projects for theme park shows in Riyadh. Responsibilities: define show project timelines, draft EOIs, PQQs, RFPs and budgets; coordinate internal teams and external resources with clear guidelines; assess risks throughout the project lifecycle and address client needs; delegate tasks, prioritize work and conduct status check‑ins; track progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders; manage client and IP relationships while ensuring deadline compliance

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of show and entertainment design, engineering, and safety standards preferred
• Excel
• experience managing a show team
• excellent understanding of scripts, show technologies, media and show control
• understanding of water‑based shows and technologies
• knowledge of AV, projection mapping, SFX and show control
