the employer in Riyadh is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst. Lead requirement gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders. Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications and design documents. Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and vendors to ensure solution delivery. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure shared understanding and problem solving. Support testing activities by preparing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing. Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis methodologies. Track emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative improvements
