The Senior Manager leads finance transformation engagements, modernizing finance functions, defining strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and developing actionable roadmaps. Grows the Finance Reinvention Partner team by strengthening CFO relationships, developing talent, and creating business development opportunities. Acts as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, shaping long-term transformation strategies. Transforms finance data, analytics, planning, performance management, and reporting to enable better decisions and support enterprise-wide digital transformation. Designs future-state finance processes across RTR, PTP, and OTC using generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics. Designs leading ERP processes (SAP/Oracle) in collaboration with technology teams and ecosystem partners. Manages the full lifecycle of engagements from opportunity shaping to delivery, overseeing economics, risk, stakeholder relationships, and client satisfaction. Develops and mentors high-performing consulting teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
• professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) highly preferred
• Oracle certifications a strong plus
• 15+ years experience in consulting and finance transformation
• deep knowledge of finance & accounting processes and Oracle-enabled transformation
• strong experience in end‑to‑end finance platform transformation programs including ERP assessment and value case development
• functional design (Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials – GL, AP, AR or Oracle EPM Cloud – FCCS, ARCS)
• target operating model and finance role design
• experience in AI‑led process digitization (process mining, generative AI, agentic AI)
• proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C‑level stakeholders
• collaboration across service lines such as technology strategy, systems implementation, and application management
• experience managing medium to large teams (6–16 resources) and practice development
• experience shaping and leading proposal development
• strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
