Primary functions include fatality prevention with zero serious injuries commitment and motor vehicle safety program; injury prevention through safety rules, toolbox talks and Return‑to‑Work programs; safety culture promotion via positive recognition, zero‑tolerance discipline and employee induction; safety management by developing project safety programs, providing technical guidance, investigating incidents, conducting root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma
• KAWADER (Professional)
• technical knowledge
• Occupational Safety and Health Professional Certificate
• experience in operations, support functions and business development
• 5-7 years experience in construction or mining sites
• proficiency in risk assessment and control measures
• proficiency in implementing safety programs and incident management
• proficiency in communication and safety reporting
• proficiency in conducting monthly HSE inspections
