Logistics Coordinator

Job description

The job is located in Taif city, Saudi Arabia. The Logistics Coordinator will advise and orient the Customer, within the Customer contract’s specificities, according to best practices on logistics activities. Responsibilities include complying with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures, coordinating with AHA and AH front office, managing logistic flows, liaising between the Customer Logistics and operations department, providing advice to customer staff, investigating and expediting logistics issues, responding to Customer queries, and providing periodic status updates to the Customer Logistics Manager. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.

Requirements

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• coordinate with AHA and AH front office
• manage logistic flows
• liaise between the Customer Logistics and operations department
• provide advice to customer staff
• investigate and expedite logistics issues
• respond to Customer queries
• provide periodic status updates to the Customer Logistics Manager
• apply continuous improvement approach to all logistic activities
