Job description

the employer seeks an active and resourceful specialist in Riyadh to expand the product catalog and connect directly with global manufacturers and brand owners. Responsibilities include searching and connecting with genuine brands and manufacturers on platforms such as Alibaba, Global Sources, Made‑in‑China; reaching out to international vendors in English and building solid relationships; requesting quotations, comparing options, and negotiating prices, payment terms and MOQs; vetting suppliers, requesting product samples and verifying specifications and credibility; tracking purchasing pipelines and coordinating with shipping and logistics to ensure smooth order delivery; maintaining an up‑to‑date directory of vetted international suppliers and negotiated terms

Requirements

• proficient in English
• experience with sourcing and communicating with international suppliers
• skilled in negotiating prices, payment terms and MOQs
• knowledge of supplier vetting and sample evaluation
• experience in tracking purchases and coordinating logistics
• ability to maintain and update supplier directories
