Scaffolding Supervisor

Job description

the employer is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor for Riyadh. Responsible for supervising scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling in line with approved procedures and safety standards. Ensures all scaffolding work is performed safely and complies with project specifications and regulations. Coordinates with construction teams, engineers, and HSE personnel to meet project schedules. Inspects scaffolding structures for stability, proper access, and safety compliance. Verifies that scaffolding materials and equipment are in good condition before use. Conducts toolbox talks and promotes safe work practices among scaffolding teams. Monitors workforce productivity and ensures efficient use of manpower and materials. Maintains scaffolding inspection records, permits, and related documentation. Immediately reports unsafe conditions and implements corrective actions
