Financial Manager

Job description

Manage and oversee financial and accounting operations for the company, its branches, the central food processing plant, and the main warehouse. Supervise accountants, assign daily tasks and review results. Prepare and review periodic financial statements and reports for senior management. Monitor cash flows, liquidity, obligations, payments and collections. Control sales, revenues and expenses across all branches. Track supplier, customer and bank accounts and perform bank reconciliations. Oversee inventory, costs, procurement and link them to financial processes. Analyze product costs, raw material waste and profit margins. Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and analyze variances. Develop internal control procedures to reduce errors and financial risks. Review accounting entries and ensure document integrity and proper documentation cycle. Follow zakat and tax obligations in coordination with specialists. Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities as needed. Provide financial analyses and recommendations to support decision‑making. Enhance the performance of the finance team and improve accounting systems efficiency
