Automotive Maintenance Manager

Job description

Filter for car services is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Manager for the Mecca region. Manages and operates the maintenance center, supervises technicians and assigns work orders, reviews and diagnoses vehicle faults accurately before repairs, monitors maintenance quality and final inspections before delivery, follows up on quotations and obtains customer approvals, handles repeat repairs and technical complaints, controls spare parts consumption and reduces waste, monitors team performance and discipline while developing staff, prepares operational reports and KPI metrics, and works to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the center

Requirements

• Experience in managing automotive maintenance centers or workshops
• Proficiency in computer applications and maintenance management systems
• Customer service
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze problems and make technical decisions
• Good communication and customer handling skills
