Tele Sales Representative (Remote)

Job description

Overview: We are looking to hire ambitious professionals to join our growing sales team, focusing on building long-term strategic business relationships. Conduct outbound B2B calls to introduce our services and products. Identify potential customers’ needs and present appropriate solutions. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Update and follow up client records accurately via CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to increasing the company’s market share

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in telephone sales or business development directed to firms
• Proficiency with computer tools and Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and ability to craft persuasive proposals
• High negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve specified targets
• Active listening and smart analysis of client requirements
• Self-discipline and ability to manage time and organize tasks efficiently
