Job description

Responsible for proactively soliciting business and handling high‑revenue opportunities. Upsells each opportunity to maximize property revenue. Aligns customer profile with the right product and achieves personal and team revenue goals. Ensures timely service delivery according to brand standards. Creates opportunities to grow the account base through customer interactions

Requirements

• 2‑year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
• 5 years experience in sales and marketing or related area
• OR 4‑year bachelor's degree in the same fields
• 3 years experience in sales and marketing or related area
• proficient in understanding market opportunities and driving revenue
• experienced in developing effective sales plans and actions
• skilled in negotiating and creative selling
• proficient in building and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• knowledge of brand and customer service standards.
