Security Consultant

Job description

Support the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements through consulting, engineering, design, and implementation. Partner with clients, OT teams, OEMs, and technology vendors to design secure OT environments aligned with operational and business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing strategies, architecture, design, implementation, producing technical documentation, and facilitating technical workshops.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of cybersecurity experience
• substantial exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity environments
• proven experience supporting OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation projects
• strong understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, protocols, control systems, and operational engineering environments
• hands‑on experience designing, implementing, or supporting OT cybersecurity technologies and solutions
• experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators, and industrial technology vendors
• strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks, particularly IEC 62443 and NIST
• experience developing HLDs, LLDs, network and security architectures, technical designs, and implementation specifications
• experience supporting system integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover activities
• relevant certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Mining, or other Critical Infrastructure sectors
• strong analytical, technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ability to operate effectively across advisory and hands‑on engineering environments.
