Job description

The role leads a technical team of data engineers, analysts, and external consultants to manage a robust data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, tracking deliverables, providing technical mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and fostering skill development. Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and data ingestion into Microsoft Fabric while ensuring data quality, security, and performance optimization, and manage workspaces. Manage Power BI workspaces, control access, support interactive dashboard development, and assist subsidiaries with analytics best practices. Coordinate ML model deployments, integrate predictive outputs into operational workflows, and champion generative AI tools such as Copilot. Liaise with internal business units and external vendors, monitor cloud resource consumption and costs for back‑charging, and drive efficiency improvements

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data infrastructure management
• proficient in leading technical teams
• experience with Microsoft Fabric
• proficient in Power BI
• experience with ETL/ELT pipelines
• knowledge of data governance
• experience with machine learning/AI initiatives
• familiarity with generative AI tools like Copilot
• experience monitoring cloud resource consumption and costs
• proficient in liaising with internal business units and external vendors
