Senior Landscape Architect

Perform architectural studies, develop design concepts and criteria, and prepare related reports. Review CAD/BIM drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, and color boards prepared by architectural designers. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies. Interface with suppliers, review supplier drawings and samples, and conduct technical bid analyses. Coordinate work with site units and review, approve, and issue detailed drawings and specifications prepared by others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• minimum 8 years of experience, including 4 years in public realm projects
• proficiency in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with designers
• knowledge of applicable codes and standards
• experience reviewing CAD/BIM drawings and color boards
• ability to provide technical consultations and conduct supplier bid analyses
• capability to coordinate on‑site units and approve detailed drawings and specifications
