Senior Manager - Cost Planning - Master Development

the employer Investment Company seeks an experienced analytical individual to join as Senior Manager - Cost Planning. The role supports the mission to create a world‑class entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include building construction costs, devising and overseeing pre‑contract cost management strategies, and ensuring all financial aspects align with the overall budget and strategic goals. Primary duties involve proactive cost planning, managing cost consultants and tracking scope and cost movements, adhering to policies and IPMS guidelines, providing internal Business Unit updates, integrating design metrics with cost positions, and understanding feasibility requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years relevant Cost Planning experience (Cost Planning, Quantity Surveying, Estimating)
• Local GCC construction industry experience of 2 years or more (preferred)
• Expert with industry standards such as NRM, CESSM, RIBA, POMI
• Experience on large‑scale projects with construction value over 200 M SAR
• Familiarity with benchmarking cost and design, preferably in KSA or Middle East
• Basic ability to convey information and adapt messages for different audiences
• Proficient in using Cost Planning software, CostX preferred.
