the employer Investment Company is seeking an experienced and analytical individual for the role of Manager - Cost Planning. The role involves building construction cost estimates, devising and overseeing pre‑contract cost management strategies, and ensuring financial aspects align with the overall budget and strategic goals. Responsibilities include proactive cost planning, managing cost consultants, adhering to IPMS policies, providing internal updates to business units, and integrating design metrics with cost positions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5-7 years relevant Cost Planning, Quantity Surveying or Estimating experience
• Local GCC construction industry experience for 2 years or more (preferred)
• Expert with industry standards such as NRM, CESSM, RIBA, POMI, etc.
• Experience on large‑scale projects with construction value greater than 200M SAR
• Familiarity with benchmarking cost and design
• Preference for KSA or Middle East benchmarking experience
• Basic ability to convey information
• Limited experience adapting messages for different audiences
• Proficient in Cost Planning software
• CostX preferred
