Job description

Plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams during the Operations & Maintenance phase of the metro project. Ensures smooth traffic management, timely incident response, and effective communication with all stakeholders. Facilitates coordination to maintain operational continuity, supports real‑time monitoring, dispatch coordination, and decision‑making, ensures accurate information flow between control centre staff and field teams, assists in developing and implementing incident management protocols, and collaborates with O&M contractors, technical teams, and employer representatives to align priorities and comply with safety and service standards

Requirements

• proficient in Excel
• detail‑oriented skills
• knowledge of compliance
• 5 years experience in transportation management systems, preferably in metro or urban rail environments
