Business Delivery Manager

Job description

The Business Delivery Manager operates at the intersection of executive delivery governance, commercial growth, and ServiceNow technology consulting. Oversees end-to-end delivery performance, controls project financials and margins, nurtures long‑term C‑level client relationships, and drives account farming within the ServiceNow practice across the Middle East, primarily in the Saudi market. Responsibilities include delivery governance and risk management, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance, executive advisory and steering committees, enhancing customer satisfaction, identifying expansion opportunities, pre‑sales collaboration and value engineering, and contributing to sales targets. Requires deep knowledge of the ServiceNow suite, licensing models, and modern IT ecosystems such as ITIL, cloud, and Agile.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience in IT consulting, technology services, enterprise solutions or digital transformation
• proficient in end‑to‑end delivery governance including project execution, resource planning, risk management, SLA/KPI monitoring and client satisfaction
• hands‑on experience in pre‑sales and commercial engagements including RFP responses, proposal development, SOW preparation and negotiations
• strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and ITAM
• understanding of ServiceNow licensing models
• fluency in ITIL, cloud/SaaS operations and Agile/Scrum
• PMP certification or equivalent
• ServiceNow certification
