About the employer the employer is looking for an IT Leader to create and manage IT infrastructure and operations. This position is full-time and requires relevant experience. Role Overview The IT Lead will be responsible for building the IT department from the ground up, defining its policies and procedures, and developing a strategic roadmap. This role involves end-to-end management of IT systems, infrastructure and security to support company operations. Key Responsibilities Establish the IT department and define its policies, procedures and roadmap. Create and manage IT infrastructure, including networks, devices, servers, and cloud services. Manage business systems and applications and support their integration. Implement cyber security and data protection controls in line with CMA, NCA and PDPL requirements. Develop backup, business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Manage user access, permissions and accounts. Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Providing technical support to employees. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of experience in a leadership or management role in the field of information technology. - Demonstrated ability to establish and manage IT and infrastructure departments. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations (CMA, NCA, PDPL). Experience with netwo rk, server and cloud services management. Work Environment: This is a full-time position in our office.
