IT Manager

Job description

Responsible for leading the IT department and overseeing technical operations. Manage and develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and integrate them with various departments. Lead AI initiatives and smart agents to automate processes. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Manage infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity. Lead digital transformation projects and supervise the team and vendors. Develop applications and software systems and implement integration using APIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• experience in IT management
• prior experience in the manufacturing sector (mandatory)
• strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One
• preferred experience in food or manufacturing industry
• hands‑on experience with AI applications and process automation
• advanced programming skills and application development and system integration
• strong knowledge of networks, cybersecurity and cloud services
• proficiency in English
• qualification: Bachelor's degree in databases and network design and management
• skill: systems theory and computer communications
• skill: IT law
• skill: telecommunications and information technology regulation
