TPM Supervisor

Job description

Performs complex preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning with minimal supervision. Interfaces directly with clients to ensure high satisfaction. Manages assigned work to achieve professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction. Sets and achieves daily operational objectives with direct impact on the area. Explains policies and practices to internal and external parties. Enhances quality and value in daily methods. Handles vaguely defined problems requiring cross‑area understanding. Possesses broad knowledge of theory, principles and advanced technical/operational practices. Acts as an individual contributor with no direct leadership responsibility. Applies knowledge locally within the country or neighboring cultures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year experience with a 1‑year degree or 6 years experience with a 2‑year degree or equivalent
