Project Manager - Highways and Bridges

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience to lead major transportation and civil infrastructure projects in Riyadh, including highways, bridges, and tunnels. The role assists the Project Director in running the project, advises on design adequacy, coordinates with all disciplines and site leaders, develops and implements planning and construction supervision procedures, controls project costs, reviews and approves technical documents submitted by contractors, monitors progress and resource use, applies change control and configuration management, reports progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments, manages stakeholder relationships and adjusts engagement strategies, contributes to technical issue resolution, and proactively improves project management processes and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Basic Knowledge of Arabic Language is a plus
• English language

• PRINCE2 certification
• Master's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering management or related field
• membership of a chartered institution
• over 20 years of experience
• over 15 years as Project Manager
• supervisory experience on complex construction projects as a consultant
• experience in at least one road project
