Security Delivery Manager

Job description

Leads governance and delivery of cybersecurity services across multiple domains. Oversees service delivery performance, risk management, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives. Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, and delivery teams. Manages escalations and ensures timely resolution of issues. Monitors service-level risks, dependencies, and performance metrics. Aligns programs with enterprise security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Develops governance reports and dashboards for executive updates. Supports audit activities and tracks remediation actions. Collaborates with architecture, engineering, operations, and risk teams to execute security initiatives. Assists with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and service management where applicable. Promotes best practices in security governance and service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10 to 14 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Technology Operations, or Security Service Delivery
• experience in security governance, risk management, compliance, and service delivery management
• knowledge of security governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards
• familiarity with security controls, regulatory requirements, and audit processes
• ability to interpret and report on security performance metrics, KPIs, and operational dashboards
• CISSP certification
• CISM certification
• CRISC certification
• CGEIT certification
• PMP or equivalent program management certification
• proficiency with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
• proficiency in incident escalation management and governance processes
• proven experience managing large-scale security programs or services
• experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
