Senior Construction Manager (Quality - Infrastructure)

Job description

the employer is seeking a Senior Construction Manager (Quality - Infrastructure) for the Riyadh region. Manage projects ensuring delivery within progress, quality, and budget constraints. Review and approve technical documents submitted by the developer to the client, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Monitor project deliverables to meet agreed standards and satisfy stakeholder requirements at each stage. Oversee stakeholder relationships and adjust engagement strategies as needed. Develop and document policies and procedures for planning, managing, and executing the project schedule, monitoring tasks to complete on time. Identify and document specific actions and milestones to produce project deliverables. Implement policies and procedures for controlling project costs. Identify issues impacting the project and manage them to resolution. Establish a robust change control system by setting a project baseline and reviewing, approving, and monitoring scope changes. Develop detailed specifications based on the design guideline provided to the developer

Requirements

• teamwork
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architecture
• professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2
• 20+ years post‑qualification experience in project management and delivery of mega infrastructure projects in KSA
• experience with PMC companies
• experience with large contractors
• supervision of complex construction projects
• manage and coordinate inputs of stakeholders and contractor
• assess and resolve site planning issues
• apply quality management principles and processes
• apply risk assessment and management principles and processes
• effective networking, negotiation and influencing
• broker relationships with stakeholders
• awareness of broader perspective and its impact on the project
