Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• minimum 16 years of experience in a design architect role
• proficiency in Revit and CAD
• ability to contribute to a positive team environment through professionalism and collaboration
• strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
• positive, approachable and composed communication style with ability to collaborate under pressure
• ability to represent the firm professionally with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• strong mentoring, coaching and team‑development skills
• ability to identify potential project issues early and recommend practical solutions.
