Job description

The role involves performing sales and customer service duties in the children and the employer department while maintaining product arrangement and display. Monitor stock gaps, identify missing items and sizes, and request replenishment from the warehouse. Organize and display clothing by type, size and category, ensure shelf order and price clarity. Adhere to attendance, departure and break schedules. Keep the department clean and return items to their proper places. Greet customers, assist them in selecting suitable sizes and answer inquiries professionally. Track price tags and promotional offers to ensure compliance. Protect merchandise from damage and report any issues. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient department operations. Follow management instructions and company policies on appearance and professional conduct
