Project Director - Highways and Bridges

Job description

the employer is seeking a Project Director - Highways and Bridges for the Riyadh region. Responsible for budgeting, project management, procurement, risk management, stakeholder management, quality assurance, and compliance. Requires a professional project management certification and 20 years of experience. Leads a multidisciplinary team and provides oversight throughout all project phases to ensure delivery in line with budget, schedule, and contractual requirements. Oversees contractor and subcontractor activities and monitors daily construction operations. Develops strategic plans aligned with client objectives and fosters relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Maintains rigorous quality standards and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Manages budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes. Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies. Manages Health, Safety and Environment programs in coordination with the client. Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports detailing progress, analysis, delay causes, KPIs, and quality issues
