Specialist - FP&A Supporting Assets & Infrastructure

Job description

Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects. Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate project performance and investment decisions. Analyze financial and operational performance and identify variances against budget and forecast. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports. Support month‑end and quarter‑end reporting. Monitor project expenditures and commitments and provide cost analysis reports. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to gather financial data and assumptions. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting tools. Support continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting or management reporting
• experience in real estate development, infrastructure or large‑scale projects preferred
• strong financial modeling and analytical skills
