the employer Arabia seeks an OT Cybersecurity Associate Manager. The full‑time role supports delivering OT cybersecurity integrations, combining consulting expertise with practical technical delivery. The manager works with clients, OT technology teams, OEMs and technology vendors to design and implement secure operational environments. Key duties include supporting comprehensive OT cybersecurity assessments, strategy, architecture, engineering, design and implementation, and applying IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP and ISO 27001/27019 standards. Participation in technical design workshops, development of HLD/LLD documents, and client presentations is required

Requirements

• experience in OT cybersecurity
• proficiency in assessing cybersecurity maturity and gaps
• proficiency in designing OT security solutions
• proficiency in implementing OT security technologies such as network segmentation and firewalls
• knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ISO 27001/27019 standards
• proficiency in preparing HLD/LLD documentation and technical reports
• proficiency in OT networking
