About the Role the employer is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on financial document management, revenue tracking, and accounting reporting to ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with approved procedures. Main tasks and responsibilities: Auditing financial claims and ensuring that they meet the legal and financial requirements. Preparing, organizing and documenting disbursement documents and following up on their auditing and approval by the regulatory authorities. Monitoring current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items. Preparing the financial position and monthly summaries, and organizing the annual final accounts. Preparing accounting entries, recording financial transactions in records, auditing bank accounts, and preparing the necessary reconciliations with the monthly reconciliation statements. Developing accounting methods and procedures and keeping pace with scientific and technical developments in the field. Preparing specialized documents and reports in accounting for expenses and revenues and storing them in the designated database. Qualifications and Experience: Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting. Ability to prepare and organize disbursement documents and follow up on revenue collection. Knowledge of preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions. Ability to audit bank accounts and prepare the necessary reconciliations. Required Skills Strong analytical skills to document and analyze income and expenses. High accuracy in preparing and archiving financial reports and documents. The ability to develop accounting work methods and procedures. Work Environment: The accountant works within a team in the city of Riyadh, in a full-time position, where he contributes to enhancing the financial efficiency of the company.
