About the Role the employer is looking for a Procurement Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This role includes responsibility for purchasing materials and goods, following up on receipt of purchases, as well as auditing related financial claims. This position is full-time and requires 0 to 1 year of experience. Main tasks and responsibilities: Study purchase requests received from concerned authorities and audit them in accordance with procurement regulations. Implementing direct purchases of materials and goods in accordance with approved regulations. Preparing and distributing tender documents, and then collecting supply offers from suppliers. Participate in forming teams to study offers and follow up on their work, in addition to auditing the results of the study. Placing purchase orders on the most appropriate offers in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Receiving purchases and ensuring that the required quantities and specifications match. Auditing financial claims related to purchases to ensure their accuracy. Preparing and submitting periodic work reports, documenting and storing them in an organized manner. Qualifications and Experience: 0 to 1 year of practical experience in the field of procurement or equivalent. Ability to understand and apply procurement regulations. Good auditing and follow-up skills. Work location and type This job is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The job is full time.
