Technical Support Specialist

Job description

Mua'n Human Resources Company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. The role provides technical support for hardware and software systems to ensure efficient operations. Define and verify technical specifications for new devices and receive them. Document all equipment and accessories and log daily issues. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep devices operational. Respond to user technical inquiries, offering solutions or directing them to relevant parties. Monitor system status and ensure essential software such as operating systems is installed. Escalate major faults to suppliers or responsible maintenance personnel. Prepare periodic technical reports and improve workflows using the latest technologies

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year experience in technical support or equivalent
• ability to identify technical issues and provide effective solutions
• excellent communication skills for interacting with users and various parties
• good knowledge of operating systems and basic software
• ability to troubleshoot and resolve errors efficiently
• organizational skills for documenting devices and issues
• ability to prepare technical reports
• computer hardware assembly and maintenance skills
• system testing skills
