About the employer the employer is seeking the position of Vice President of Finance to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a large infrastructure and project-based organization focused on delivering complex developments across Saudi Arabia. The company is currently working to strengthen the project's financial governance and financial control frameworks. Role of the Vice President of Finance The Vice President of Finance will provide senior leadership in financial planning, project controls, reporting and governance across the organization. This full-time role is critical in supporting large-scale capital expenditure programs and long-term investment planning within a project-intensive environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial planning and project controls. Manage financial reporting and governance across the organization. Contributing to long-term investment planning. Enhance financial visibility across projects. Improving cost control mechanisms. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and executive leadership. Support financing, banking relationships and audits. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, particularly in infrastructure, construction, or other project-intensive environments. Professional finance qualifications are expected for this role. Required Skills and Experience Experience in senior financial leadership in infrastructure, construction or project-intensive environments. Strong exposure to project finance, cost control and capital management. Demonstrate analytical rigor and leadership maturity. Meh Strong stakeholder engagement mechanisms. Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. Location This position is located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
