About the employer the employer is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) position. The client is a digital-first organization that operates critical platforms with high data sensitivity and significant regulatory oversight. Cybersecurity is a strategic business priority. The Role of the Chief Information Security Officer The Chief Information Security Officer will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance initiatives. This full-time role includes oversight of the security architecture, governance frameworks, and incident response. The primary goal is to ensure that the cybersecurity posture is aligned with regulatory and national standards. The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will also advise executive leadership and the Board of Directors on matters related to cyber risk and resiliency. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy. Manage cyber risks and ensure compliance with relevant national regulations and standards. Supervising the design and implementation of security architecture and governance frameworks. Plan and implement direct response to incidents. Advising executive leadership and the Board of Directors on cyber risk and resiliency. Manage relationships with external security providers and internal security teams. Candidate Profile and Requirements Demonstrated senior leadership experience in cybersecurity within regulated or enterprise environments. Strong exposure to risk, compliance and security frameworks and processes. Experience in Saudi Arabia or similar regulatory markets is preferred. Ability to combine technical depth with effective executive communication skills. T Relevant industry certifications are highly appreciated.
