About the Role: the employer seeks a Head of Brokerage in Saudi Arabia to build and manage brokerage capabilities and be registered as a senior executive with the CMA. What You'll Do: Design and lead core brokerage from client onboarding to order execution and settlement; establish dealing and order‑handling processes meeting CMA conduct‑of‑business and best‑execution standards; own day‑to‑day brokerage operations and resolve issues quickly; collaborate with compliance on trade surveillance, market conduct controls and client protection; manage the employer’s relationship with Tadawul and support the CMA relationship; gather and act on insights for innovative brokerage solutions in the Saudi market; understand market practice and regulation and their impact; shape and implement KSA brokerage strategy with leadership; partner with product team to improve services and client experience; own the brokerage budget and business plan.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in securities brokerage
• at least 5 years experience in KSA at a CMA‑licensed brokerage or Tadawul member firm
• at least 3 years in a senior or team‑leading role within the brokerage value chain
• working knowledge of the Saudi brokerage ecosystem from order submission to clearing and settlement
• passed CMA securities broker qualifications: CME‑3A and CME‑3B or CMA‑granted exemption
• eligible for registration with the CMA as a Registered Person under Capital Market Institutions Regulations
• resident in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
• high agency, self‑motivation and strong sense of ownership
• excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• ability to excel under pressure with strong organisational skills
• proficient in budgeting and business planning
• uncompromising integrity and professionalism
• fluent in English
• Arabic strongly preferred.
