Senior Project Manager - Hotels

Job description

A proactive leader role requiring expertise in managing complex hotel projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will lead hotel project execution from inception to handover, collaborating with architects, contractors, stakeholders, and hotel operators. Responsibilities include managing all project phases-planning, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and handover-developing detailed schedules, budgets, and procurement plans, ensuring compliance with hotel brand standards, local regulations, safety and sustainability criteria, identifying and mitigating risks, leading status meetings, providing regular progress reports to senior management, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes

Requirements

• Proactive leadership and expertise in managing complex hotel projects
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience with at least 5 years managing hotel development or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of hotel design standards, construction methods, and operational requirements
• Proficient in project management software and tools
