Senior Manager - Smart City and ICT Operations

Job description

Leads the ICT operations strategy to ensure smart infrastructure readiness. Develops and implements operating models supporting smart city operations. Oversees incident and problem management and enhances service governance. Collaborates with city leadership, developers, contractors, utility providers, and ICT and operations teams to align delivery and execution

Requirements

• Excel
• deep experience in ICT infrastructure
• deep experience in IoT or OT platforms
• degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or related field
• extensive leadership experience in ICT operations for a smart city, large real‑estate development or complex infrastructure
• proven experience in service operations, incident and problem management
• strong understanding of smart city operating models
• effective collaboration with city leadership, developers, contractors, utility providers and ICT and operations teams
